Silk Mill, Frome, Summer Event Canopy

We were thrilled to collaborate once again with The Silk Mill in Frome to design and manufacture a set of striking new canopies—this time in an eye-catching off-white and dark raspberry stripe fabric.

Installed over the courtyard, the canopies provide essential shelter for the venue’s vibrant outdoor events, festivals, and weddings—offering protection from both sunshine and the ever-unpredictable British rain.

The Silk Mill Studios is one of the best-preserved former textile mills in the region, now home to 22 artist and maker studios, along with a spacious, light-filled gallery and event space. Each July, it plays host to a packed programme as part of the Frome Festival, making it a true cultural hub in the town.
