A Little Bit About Us…

We are TensileFabric — we love and understand fabrics and we design, manufacture and install fabric structures for a variety of uses and for a diverse customer base.

Tim Youde

Tim Youde

Director and Owner

Trained in 3D design, Tim has always been a practical hands-on designer. He started his career in fabric structures back in 1993 working on a multitude of projects for both blue chip companies and the main UK-wide leading architectural practice.

Tim has a wealth of knowledge and broad experience of the industry and how fabric should be formed, designed and delivered, helping the business grow into a successful design-led firm.

Tim is a keen mountain biker, kite surfer and snow boarder — if he can ever find the time between DIY and three small children!
