- Project: Dining Room Acoustic Sails
- Description: Eye Catching Acoustic Panels
- Client: Barton Camp
- Location: North Somerset
- Applications: Dining Feature Acoustic Ceiling
- Ref: 2660
We were delighted to continue our relationship with Barton Camp, a local residential adventure centre for schools, youth groups and charities.
The team needed replacement acoustic sails for their activity room, along with new fabric acoustic panels in the dining hall. The aim was to reduce the reverberation time from around 2.7 seconds to approximately 1.2 seconds, creating a much calmer, more comfortable environment for both dining and activities.
For the activity room, they chose a smart grey finish for the replacement sails, while the dining hall was transformed with these vibrant orange acoustic panels. The result is a brighter, more welcoming space that not only looks fantastic but also offers a significant improvement in acoustic comfort.
A great example of how acoustic treatments can transform both the appearance and performance of a busy, multi-purpose space.
